Shredded cheddar cheese - It adds flavor and makes the dish more tasty.
Deli ham -sliced deli ham from the grocery counter. Choose your favorite variety and make sure to get thin slices so it rolls easier.
Seasonings (pepper, onion powder, garlic powder) - They enhance the overall flavor.
Lettuce - It adds a fresh crunch.
Mayo and mustard - They add the tangy flavor and creaminess.
Step-By-Step Instructions
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayo, mustard, and the seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper). Stir until everything is well combined. This savory and creamy filling is the secret to making the best yummy cheesy ham pinwheels!
Lay each tortilla flat, and spread the mixture filling evenly across the surface of the tortilla.

Place the lettuce over the cream cheese mixture, layering the ham over the lettuce.
Roll the tortilla up tightly until you form it into a roll. You can slice and serve immediately or wrap the tortilla rolls in plastic wrap until ready to serve. This will prevent the tortillas from unwrapping and drying out. When ready to serve, unwrap from the plastic wrap and slice into 1-inch pieces, creating neat ham & cheese tortilla pinwheels.
