Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- ¼ cup mayo
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 large burrito-size tortillas
- lettuce
- ½ pound deli ham slices

Add the softened cream cheese to a bowl and use the spatula to mash the cheese until it is more pliable.
Add the mayo, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to the bowl and stir together. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
Spread a ⅓ of the cream cheese mixture in an even layer over the tortilla. Layer with lettuce and ham.
Roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking all of the ingredients inside the roll. Use a little smear of cream cheese on the edge to help seal the edges together. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Use a knife to cut the tortilla roll up into pinwheels. Remove the two outer edges that are mostly empty and arrange them on a serving platter. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
If making ahead, wrap the tortillas in plastic wrap before cutting to prevent them from drying out.
