Equipment

  • bowl
  • spatula
  • sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large burrito-size tortillas
  • lettuce
  • ½ pound deli ham slices

Instructions

  • Add the softened cream cheese to a bowl and use the spatula to mash the cheese until it is more pliable.
  • Add the mayo, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper to the bowl and stir together. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  • Spread a ⅓ of the cream cheese mixture in an even layer over the tortilla. Layer with lettuce and ham.
  • Roll the tortilla up tightly, tucking all of the ingredients inside the roll. Use a little smear of cream cheese on the edge to help seal the edges together. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Use a knife to cut the tortilla roll up into pinwheels. Remove the two outer edges that are mostly empty and arrange them on a serving platter. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • If making ahead, wrap the tortillas in plastic wrap before cutting to prevent them from drying out.
