Equipment Needed
- Mixing bowl
- Baking tray
- Parchment paper
- Popsicle sticks
- Small microwave-safe bowl
- Spoon
Key Ingredients
Raspberries: Fresh raspberries give these popsicles their bright, fruity flavor and beautiful pink color. Mashing them slightly helps them blend right into the yogurt.
Plain Greek yogurt: The creamy base of these pops. I recommend whole milk Greek yogurt for the richest, creamiest texture once frozen.
Honey: Adds just the right touch of natural sweetness without overpowering the fresh raspberry flavor.
Semi-sweet chocolate chips: Melted into a smooth coating for dipping. I like Ghirardelli for the best flavor and melt.
Coconut oil: Melted with the chocolate chips, it is the secret to that glossy, crackly "magic shell" texture once it hits the frozen yogurt.
Flakey sea salt (optional): A light sprinkle on the chocolate shell adds a little contrast to the sweetness. Totally optional, but so good.

Step-By-Step Instructions
Start by adding your raspberries to a bowl and smashing them slightly, just enough to break them up a bit. Stir in the Greek yogurt and honey until everything is well combined.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spoon the yogurt mixture into four even dollops. Gently press a popsicle stick into the center of each one, then use the back of a spoon to smooth the mixture up and around the stick so it's well covered. Pop the tray into the freezer for about an hour, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Once your popsicles are frozen, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Working quickly (the chocolate sets fast once it hits the frozen yogurt!), dunk each popsicle into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to help coat it evenly, then gently shake off any excess. Sprinkle immediately with flaky sea salt, if using, before the chocolate has a chance to set.
Return the popsicle to the freezer to firm up completely before serving.

Storage
Store your frozen yogurt popsicles in the freezer at all times. For best results, wrap them individually in parchment paper or plastic wrap, or place them in an airtight container or freezer bag once fully frozen, to keep them from picking up any freezer odors. Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before eating for the best texture.

Substitutions and Additions
- Swap the fruit, try strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries in place of raspberries for a different take on these frozen fruit and yogurt popsicles
- Swap yogurt, vanilla Greek yogurt works beautifully here if you'd like a little extra sweetness
- Dark chocolate for a less sweet coating, swap the semi-sweet chocolate chips for dark chocolate chips
- Add crunch by sprinkling on chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or crushed graham crackers, along with (or instead of) the sea salt.
- Dairy-free option: Use a plain dairy-free yogurt alternative to make these popsicles dairy-free
