Arrange half of the Ritz crackers in rows on the baking sheet.
Top each cracker with small piece of ham and a piece of Swiss cheese.
Place another Ritz cracker on top to form the sandwiches.

In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, and mustard powder until well combined.
Brush the tops of the crackers generously with the butter mixture.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly browned.

Make Ahead

- 7 slices Swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion flakes
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
- Line the Ritz crackers in rows on the baking sheet.
- Top the crackers with a piece of ham followed by a piece of cheese. Add the remaining Ritz crackers to form the top of the sandwiches.
- Add the soy sauce, honey, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion flakes, and mustard powder to the melted butter. Whisk well to combine.
- Brush the tops of the crackers with the butter mixture.
- Place the tray in the oven and bake for 9-10 minutes or until the cheese is melty and the tops are slightly browned.
