Equipment Needed
- Oven
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Measuring spoon (for seasonings)
- Spatula or offset turner
Key Ingredients
Mozzarella cheese - The base of our pizza chips. Shredded whole milk cheese crisps beautifully when baked. I do not recommend low fat varieties.
Pepperoni - Regular or turkey pepperoni both work well.
Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes - add flavor and help achieve that pizza flavor we are craving.
Pizza sauce - It's optional, but it is great for dipping. If you want to stick with a keto diet look for a low sugar variety.

Step-By-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Add small, round mounds of mozzarella cheese onto the parchment paper. Space them slightly apart.
Place one slice of pepperoni on top of each cheese mound to make the classic pepperoni pizza chips.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden with crisp edges.
Remove from the oven and, if desired, sprinkle with seasoning. Let it cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Serving Recommendations
These homemade pizza chips are best served warm and fresh from the oven. Excellent on their own or dip them in marinara or pizza sauce. If you are on a keto diet look for a low sugar pizza sauce variety.
