Ritz Cracker Sandwiches
It’s game day season! And whenever I need something to add to my charcuterie grazing board or to make an appetizer that feels nostalgic yet party-worthy, these Ritz cracker sandwiches are my go-to. These can be made in just a few minutes with simple pantry ingredients and always disappear fast.

- 56 Ritz crackers
- 5 ounces deli ham
- 7 slices Swiss cheese
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion flakes
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder

Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
Line the Ritz crackers in rows on the baking sheet.
Top the crackers with a piece of ham followed by a piece of cheese. Add the remaining Ritz crackers to form the top of the sandwiches.
Add the soy sauce, honey, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion flakes, and mustard powder to the melted butter. Whisk well to combine.
Brush the tops of the crackers with the butter mixture.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 9-10 minutes or until the cheese is melty and the tops are slightly browned.
