Key Ingredients
blue cheese- There are many types of blue cheese that you can use. You can use your preferred brand.
rice vinegar- This will give that sour tanginess to the dressing
greek yogurt- You can use full-fat Greek yogurt or pick a lighter version. The yogurt helps to give the dressing that creamy texture.
milk - This will thin the dressing. It is an optional addition so only use it if you don't want a thicker dressing.
seasoning - I added garlic powder, salt, and pepper to my dressing to give an extra depth in flavor.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Depending on how thick or thin you like your dressing add the vinegar first and mix. Then add the milk as needed. Don't add the milk if you want a thicker consistency, such as when using it for a dip.
