    When you are planning dinner the side dish is just as important as the main event. Making sure the side dish is a healthier option is a must for our dinner routine. When I need a quick and easy side dish my favorites are roasted baby potatoes, mashed butternut squash and a light salad with a lemony dressing. These sides pair with so many different proteins making them the perfect reliable side dish I make on repeat in our house!
