Equipment Needed
- Baking tray
- Parchment paper or baking sheet
- Bowls
- Oven
Key Ingredients
Pretzels - Any shape will do as long as it has enough space for the rolo candies because the pretzel is the base of the treat.
Rolo candies- A sweet chocolate and caramel candy. These will melt easily in a warm oven in just minutes.
M&M's—For a Christmas dessert, you can choose the holiday blend with the specific festive colors of Christmas. You could easily change the color for any holiday, pastels for Easter are also adorable!
Sprinkles—Although optional, sprinkles add color, a festive vibe, texture, and a little sweetness to the dessert.

Step-By-Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250° F. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper so the pretzels won't stick, and you can easily remove them.
Line the pretzel bites on the baking tray with enough space from one another.
Unwrap the Rolo candies and placed them one by one over the pretzels. Put the baking tray in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes to melt the Rolo candies, making them stick them to the pretzels.
Immediately remove the baking tray from the oven, lightly press the M&M's one by one, and sprinkle them with candy sprinkles.
Once you've done this, let it cool until the candy hardens. You can also refrigerate it to speed up the process.

Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or in the refrigerator for 3 weeks.
Substitutions And Additions
- Pretzels—You can use any shape or type of crunchy pretzels, depending on your preference, as long as they hold the Rolo candies.
- Rolo candies - You could make this with other candies like Snicker minis or Reese's cups.
- M&M's - You could try using other variations of M&M's, such as peanut or dark chocolate, for an additional flavor. And the candy color you choose can blend with many different occasions, like Easter or Halloween.

Expert Tips
- Use parchment paper- ensures the pretzels quickly come off, even if the Rolo candies melt underneath.
- Timing - we do not want to melt the Rolo candies to the point they lose their shape, so we must be mindful of how long our baking tray should stay in the oven.
- Cooling- Cool until the candy hardens. Place the baking tray in the fridge to speed up the process if you are short on time.
