This peanut butter banana toast is not your typical, boring morning toast. This peanut butter toast has it all, from sweet banana slices, crunchy granola and salty natural creamy peanut butter. It is an easy breakfast or snack that is perfect for kids and adults.

toaster or toaster oven
Key Ingredients
peanut butter- I prefer natural peanut butter, but any nut butter will work. You can use crunchy peanut butter, almond butter or cashew butter if you prefer.
multigrain bread- any whole grain bread is a great choice for this recipe, but you can use your favorite bread. Sourdough or baguette slices can work well too.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Toast bread in a toaster or toaster oven till golden brown. While the bread is toasting you can prepare the other ingredients and slice the banana.
Spread peanut butter on each slice of toast. Add the banana slices to the toast and then sprinkle the granola, coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips and chia seeds to the top of the sliced banana.
Drizzle the honey over the top of the toast.

- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon granola
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or toaster oven.
- While the bread is toasting, slice the banana in thin slices.
- Spread the toast with peanut butter. Add banana slices. Sprinkle with granola, coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips and chia seeds. Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
