    • No thawing needed for the frozen dumplings.

    • Whisk
    • Measuring cups and spoons
    • Aluminum foil
    • Oven

    Key Ingredients

Trader Joe's original coconut milk - The base of a rich and creamy sauce. Use any brand coconut milk just make sure to use the full fat variety and nothing with sweetener added.

Trader Joe's Thai-style red curry sauce - It adds spiciness and bold flavor. You can purchase other brands of curry sauce too. This is thinner than paste, so keep that in mind when shopping.

Trader Joe's soyaki sauce - It brings the signature sweet umami flavor. (Soy cauce can be an alternative.)

Fresh lime juice - Balances the rich flavor and adds brightness.

Sesame oil - Adds a subtle nutty flavor.

Garlic and ginger - Add aroma and enhance the savory flavor.

Trader Joe's chicken gyoza potstickers - The main event on this baked dumplings dish. You can use other brands and pork variety if you prefer.

    Step-By-Step Instructions

Start by preheating the oven to 400F. Lightly grease the dish.

Shake the can of coconut milk before opening, then pour it into the baking dish. Add in the Thai red curry sauce, Soyaki sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, grated garlic, and ginger. Whisk until fully incorporated.

Add the frozen potstickers to the sauce in a single layer. Spoon some sauce over the tops of the potstickers, ensuring everything is coated.

Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and return the dish to the oven for another 10 minutes to achieve a lightly crisp top and to thicken the sauce.

For extra browning, broil for another 1 to 2 minutes, if your dish is broiler-safe.

Remove from the oven and garnish with chili crisps, cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving.

    Make Ahead

You can whisk the sauce up to 24 hours in advance and store it covered in the refrigerator. When you are ready to cook, simply add the frozen dumplings and bake as directed.

This makes the ultimate Trader Joe's viral dumpling bake even more weeknight-friendly.

    Serving Suggestions

This cozy Trader Joe's dumpling bake is best served from the oven while it's hot and saucy! It's delicious on its own but you can also pair it with:

    • Steamed jasmine rice
    • Sautéed bok choy
    • Crisp cucumber salad

A squeeze of extra lime on top adds a fresh finish!

    Storage

If there are any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F or in the microwave until warmed through. The sauce may thicken as it cools, so adding a splash of coconut milk can help.
