The kitchen equipment makes a huge difference in how fast, well, and easy your cooking process is. Plus, working with high-quality appliances will speed up improving your chef skills.
I'm not chasing the newest models and most of my appliances have been with me for ages, which means some brands discontinued them, but it also means, they served me all these years without ever failing me.
Many of you have asked me what do I use, so here are all the appliances I use to make the recipes on my blog, from measuring cups to air fryer.
You can buy the same, or if you have the same already, you know that all the steps and measurements (or cooking time) will be exact for you too.
Listed below are appliances and tools that I personally use and love.

Air Fryer

My air fryer is a very old model that was bought at Costco - Power Air Fryer Elite and I'm not even sure if is still available, but it has been working for me for years!!
But a similar model I would recommend is this Ninja (if your budget allows) or this more affordable option.
Food Processor

I am a proud owner of a Cuisinart Prep 11 Plus, which is now discontinued, but I stand by the brand, as they have a great warranty program. My old version has a special button for dough which I don't see on any newer models *sigh* - and I love it. As far as I know, Cuisinart applied for a patent for their dough mixing feature.
I would go with their similar but new 11-cup model like this.
Knives

Calphalon knife set is my kitchen helper no matter what I cook. I love that it comes with a variety of knives, kitchen scissors, and the block (which is a self-sharpening one), so I don't have to figure out how to store them.

Immersion Blender

My KitchenAid hand blender went through all my recipe tests with me (and I have done hundreds of developing each recipe), the exact model I have with a case seems to be discontinued, but their corded hand blenders are still my top recommendation.
Crockpot

My Kenmore crockpot serves me really well and I would be happy to recommend the exact same model but it is discontinued, however, there is another Kenmore model that is really good, or even this affordable 6qt Crockpot.
Vitamix

I have Vitamix 7500 but it seems to be impossible to grab it on Amazon. The 750 model is very similar in performance and is just a little bit less powerful, which you can only notice when making nut butter.
On the other hand, they both have adjustable speed settings but 750 also has 5 programs you can use. It works better for smoothies.
For everyone wondering, it is worth the cost!
Wireless Meat Thermometer

No one wants to try and stick the thermometer in the hot meat in the oven. Yet we all need our chicken to be 165F to avoid surprises.
Gladly, technology is moving forward and this Bluetooth meat thermometer is a life-saver. And you instantly get the temp read on the phone, how cool (and crazy) is that?

Stovetop Espresso Maker

I scored the iconic Bialetti Stovetop Espresso Maker and I am here to say it is absolutely worth it.
Plus, you can also use brewed coffee in any chocolate cake recipe to really bring forward the chocolate flavor.
Grab the Bialetti espresso maker from Amazon.
Measuring Cups

Pyrex glass cups are super durable (made with tempered glass so you can easily measure hot liquids too) and I have a simple set with 3 sizes of cups, which is all I need.
