Equipment Needed
- 6-quart Crockpot or slow cooker
- Mixing spoon
- Forks
- Large pot
- Colander
Key Ingredients
Chicken breasts - Skinless and boneless chicken breasts make this hearty and protein-packed. They cook until tender and shred easily.
Diced tomatoes - Use petite diced tomatoes with garlic, basil, and oregano for a built-in Italian flavor. Don't drain them; the juices help create the sauce.
Cream of chicken soup - The creamy base of the sauce. It adds richness and smooth texture to the creamy crockpot chicken spaghetti.
Cream cheese - Adds a velvety, tangy flavor that pairs perfectly with shredded chicken.
Monterey Jack cheese & mozzarella - The combination melts beautifully, giving this crockpot cheesy chicken spaghetti recipe its signature, gooey texture.
Garlic powder & Italian seasoning - Classic flavors that enhance the sauce and bring everything together.
Spaghetti - Use regular spaghetti noodles to soak up all that cheesy, creamy sauce.

Step-By-Step Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the 6-quart crockpot. Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices), cream of chicken soup, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high setting for 2 to 3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

Once cooked, remove the chicken breast from the crockpot and shred them using two forks. Return the chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce.
Add cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and mozzarella. Stir gently and cook on high for 20 to 30 minutes, until the cheese melts into the sauce.
While the sauce is cooking, cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the crockpot and stir until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy your chicken spaghetti in a crockpot masterpiece!

Make Ahead
You can prepare the sauce portion ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 2 days. When ready to serve, reheat in the crockpot, cook the pasta fresh, and combine before serving.
