Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen

From the famous reality show Hell's Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen is heating up at Las Vegas in Caesars Palace. Dine and discover the flavors created by the renowned chef, like his famous beef Wellington. The place is like the Hell's Kitchen studio set.
Customer Review: Wow! My boyfriend and I came here last night for an impromptu dinner. We didn't have a reservation, so we had to wait for bar seats, but while we waited, a bartender came over and gave us a menu and said he'd let us know when the next available seats opened up. It was about a 15-minute wait.
When we sat down, the bartenders were so attentive, friendly, and gave excellent service. Our drinks were fire, and the food came out really quickly. We started with the lobster risotto. *chef's kiss* For the main course, I ordered the braised short rib and my boyfriend ordered the legendary beef wellington. Both were amazing. No complaints!
It was nice to see the open kitchen as well like how I've seen it countless times on Chef Ramsay's show. All around, 10/10! Great food, great drinks, great service.

CATCH

Catch an exquisite dining experience at CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. It's a go-to dining place for celebrities from New York and LA. They serve their version of Asian cuisine, like sushi. They also have steaks and seafood, perfect for a romantic date or wine night.
Customer Review: We came here for our ANNIVERSARY and what attracted us to this place was our craving for scallops and the picturesque scenery...
The entrance was beautifully filled with flowers as if we were entering an ENCHANTED FOREST...
If you're looking for a nice place that has good food, service and beautiful backgrounds for pictures then, THIS IS THE PLACE for you...
HOWEVER, we were not really acknowledged or treated in any special way for our ANNIVERSARY nor were there any special complimentary desserts for our special occasion. That part was a DISSAPOINTMENT...
Also, we made RESERVATIONS at 5pm and the restaurant opened at 5:04pm not only that but there was a LINE. When we got to the host we had to WAIT AGAIN at the BAR while parties of 5 & 8 that were waiting in line behind us got seated first...
We were 3rd place in line and we were seated LAST for a PARTY of 2!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?...........That part was RIDICULOUS when more than half of the RESTAURANT was empty!...
LADIES and GENTLEMEN I present to you this YELP review with the GOOD, the BAD and the UGLY...
CATCH you later!

Carson Kitchen

Carson Kitchen was established in 2014. The place is comfy. It has outdoor seating and a rooftop patio where you and your company can hang out and chill. Their food is good. It has unique but flavorful ingredients that will make you come back and dine again.
Customer Review: Since our initial visit in 2022, we've come back to Carson Kitchen a few times. It never disappoints. The ever changing menu keeps thinks interesting, but for the better.
This afternoon, we went around 2:30 pm on a Sunday. We made reservations, but it actually wasn't really necessary. The restaurant was half way full, but still buzzing with activity. (Perhaps due to our dining hour.)
After a shared plate of my personal favorite the 'Crispy Chicken Skin w/ Smoker Honey', I dined on a JUICY Bacon Burger which was DELICIOUS! It's cooked "smashed-style", with 2 layers of brilliantly seasoned beef, accompanied with CRISPY-CRISPY tator tots.
My date had the 'Rabbit Farfalle' which was unbelievably delicious and very rich! Fantastic, although it may have been better dinner fare.
Our other guest had a 'Brussel Sprouts Caesar' salad and had said it too was very tasty!
All in all, another extremely successful dinner at Carson Kitchen!

Momofuku

Experience elegance at an award-winning American Asian restaurant in Las Vegas established by David Chang: Momofuku. This restaurant is perfect for group gatherings, even if you dine with kids. The food at Momofuku is comforting, like a bowl of noodles. You can drop by from lunch to late night.
Customer Review: I was starting to feel disappointed in the food I found in Vegas. Obviously, everything on the strip is pricey, but coming from Silicon Valley, I wasn't completely surprised with the cost of most meals. It was my inability to find truly DELICIOUS food.
Enter Momofuku. I'm a fan of David Chang. I watch his shows, I've read his book, and I fan for folks he also admires. So being able to experience a meal in his restaurant was over the top indulgence, in Sin City.
Initially, I was merely mesmerized with the layout of the place. It was tingly watching his staff mingling with other eaters as they weighed in on menu suggestions.
And there wasn't a bad bite that night. My adult slushee was boozy and delightful, and my favorite frozen drink my entire (almost) week stay in Vegas.
But if I had to do it all over again, I wish I would have ordered the truffle ramen. I sense that will be a life changing moment for me. So until we cross paths again, Momofuku, whatever city that may be in....I'll be fantasizing about how you've absolutely ruined me from regular foods at home with that one meal. Thank you for living up to all my expectations.

Sparrow + Wolf

Visit Sparrow + Wolf and experience America's cuisine's diverse flavors, from classics to their appreciation of global cuisines. It's a good place to be with friends while discovering excellent dishes. They also have cocktails and hand-crafted drinks.
Customer Review: This is one of my favorite food spots and I always come back for more. You can really tell that those that work there have a great amount of pride in the food they serve. It is pretty difficult to get a reservation so I'd plan ahead. If it's a week day you might have a chance at the bar if you're a small party. They also have some
nice wines and a sommelier on site. My favorite dishes are
- The Oxtail Hummus
- The Yams
- The Broccolini
- The Foie Gras
I have had The Chefs Tasting Menu twice and it does deliver and is totally worth the price.

They serve a wide range of dishes that will satisfy your cravings and whimsical cocktails and drinks that you and your friends will enjoy. The place is classy, elegant, romantic, and Instagram-worthy.
Customer Review: Wow wow wow. I knew these restaurants would be over the top but this was just so gorgeous. You literally feel like you are wisked away to Paris as you walk in. Our small table for two felt very intimate and cozy. I of course got the cocktail served on a silver crown platter and it's truly the little things that matter this presentation takes the entire experience in the next level. Our service was very attentive personable and created a great environment for us to hang out and spend our time. The chicken pot pie as my main course was very flaky and melted in my mouth. There is no doubt I would come back!

Firefly Tapas Kitchen & Bar

Experience the flavors of Spain in Las Vegas by dining at Firefly Tapas Kitchen & Bar Southwest. The tapas are remarkably good! With every bite, it's like traveling to Spain. Firefly is an excellent choice for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner.
Customer Review: This is my 3rd time here - there is a reason I keep coming back! If you like tapas (and how could you not) definitely give this place a shot if you're in the area.
Every time I've been here we have gotten the stuffed peppers and stuffed dates. Both are 10/10. This time we also tried the lamp chop and ribs and both were super tender and delicious. Don't miss out on the apple manchego salad - that was definitely a sleeper! I also got a seasonal carrot cocktail that was unique and delicious too
As before, the service was good! They did a really good job of keeping my water full.
I love this place. Will most likely be back when my parents visit because of the extensive Gluten free options and because it's delicious!

Nacho Daddy

Nacho Daddy has your back and will satisfy your cravings for Mexican flavors! Savor their mouthwatering nachos paired with drinks that you can resist, like a bloody Mary, mimosa, or Margarita. It is a good place to hang out with friends while enjoying Mexican flavors!
Customer Review: We were tired of the casino restaurants and found Nacho Daddy from seeing all the reviews on Yelp. To start off, the vibe is chill- wear what you want and eat good food. We got the burnt brisket nachos and trio appetizer plate. The nachos are a must- what they are known for. The trio plate the queso was amazing but if I had to choose I'd go for the nachos. For drinks we for the skinny margarita but spicy style and it was amazing- was a heavy pour without tasting like one! For our main dish we got fish tacos which were delicious and fajitas (filet) which were substantial and delicious. The Guac that came with the dish was fresh and tasty.
The server was great, very attentive and good came out fast. If you want a low key spot in Vegas for a night out, I would check out Nacho Daddy!

Ghost Donkey

Enjoy the flavors of Mexico through a fiesta-like experience at Ghost Donkey. The restaurant has a hippy and cozy vibe. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends or spend your "me" time. The menu has a wide range of Mexican-inspired dishes and drinks that the crowd loves.
Customer Review: A speakeasy hidden within the cosmopolitan, the ghost donkey is a great place for drinks and small eats.
Food: what I can say? Ghost donkey literally combined my favorite food, nachos, with my favorite flavor, truffle and they were out of this world. If you like truffle and Mexican, you have to try these. The nachos were gooey with cheese and contained both truffle oil and shaved truffle. An absolutely knock out dish that I've never seen offered anywhere else.
Drinks: the drinks were strong and had unique flavor profile. If you like Smokey flavors the lavender margarita was delicious. For any non-drinkers, any margarita can be made without alcohol and they're delicious as well.
Service: service was excellent. We lucked out out to find a tiny bit of space and asked some other patrons if we could sit. The forewarning is that the ghost donkey is small so finding a seat can be problematic. Our waitress was attentive and knew the menu inside and out.
Yes, yes, and yes try this spot out!

Secret Pizza

Indulge yourself and discover the gem of Secret Pizza, where you can enjoy pizza with the feel of eating it in one of the corners of New York without leaving Las Vegas. The place is amazing! It has game machines, televisions, and designs with a retro vibe.
Customer Review: Who doesn't love a secret? Especially when it's a pizza secret!
We timed finding this hidden pizza gem just right. Walked down the album cover hallway to a cozy little spot that smells amazing the closer you get. We lucked out and ended up being first in line to order our slice. There were several options to choose from. We picked a pepperoni, meatball and jalapeño. We paid for our slice and found a seat. While they were warming it in the oven we watched the place fill up and a line form.
Our name was called and we grabbed our slice and were delighted at how truly good this pizza was. Not huge but a generous size slice. If you're just wanting a snack you can definitely share it with a friend. Thinner crust. Hot and crispy packed with flavor.
While you walk in and out and see people ordering at the restaurants nearby you can't help but wonder "do they even know what's down that hallway?"
If you have heard and you've been debating it, make the journey and have yourself a slice. I think you'll be glad you did.
