- Preheat oven to 400℉. Place an oven-proof rack over a baking tray.
- Layer the bacon in a single row with no overlapping.
- Bake the bacon for 15-18 minutes for thin cut bacon or 20-25 minutes for thick cut bacon. The cook time will really depend on how you like your bacon. My family prefers it really crispy so check yours earlier if you like it more crispy.
- Once bacon is cooked set on a paper towel to remove any fat that did not drip off.
