Homemade Lime Tortilla Chips

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 350.
First, zest lime before juicing. Add zest to one small bowl with sea salt. Add lime juice and olive oil to other small bowl.
Generously brush front and back of tortilla with lime juice mixture.
Stack tortillas and cut with sharp knife into even triangles.
Line triangles on cookie sheet in single layer. Sprinkle with zest and salt mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 7-9 minutes watching close to not over brown.
Allow to cool before placing in container or enjoy right away.
