Pineapple Slaw
A refreshing salad can cool off a meal on a hot summer afternoon. Slaw is a traditional refreshing side dish for grilled meats, seafood and BBQ's. This incredible pineapple slaw captures all that slaw should be but features so much more sweetness combined with tartness that only pineapples can deliver. On top of that, it is quick and super easy to make!

Slaw Dressing
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Pineapple Slaw
- 1 12 ounce bag slaw mix (green and or purple cabbage with carrots)
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add the dressing ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together until combined. If you prefer your dressing to be a thinner consistency you can add additional lime juice or a splash of milk.
Add the slaw mix, pineapple and cilantro to a large mixing bowl. Add the slaw dressing to the mixture and stir well with a spoon to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve right away or chill for an hour before serving.
