Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add almond milk, cottage cheese, cinnamon and honey stirring to combine.
  • Stir in the oats, chia seeds and fruit of choice.
  • Portion the mixture into 3 single serving size containers. Mason jars are perfect for overnight oat meal prep.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight so the oats can soften. Overnight oats will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
