Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 15 ounce can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 15 ounce can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° F. Lightly spray a 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Melt the butter in a large bowl and set aside to cool.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and use a spoon or spatula to mix the cornbread mixture together.
