Healthy Banana Split

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, divided
  • ½ teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  • Slice the banana in half lengthwise. Lay the banana flat on a plate cut side up.
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the top of the banana slices.
  • Drizzle honey over the yogurt and garnish with chia seeds, strawberries, chopped peanuts and half of the mini chocolate chips.
  • Add the remaining chocolate chips to a small microwaveable bowl with the coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle with the chocolate sauce and serve,
