- 1 large banana
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips, divided
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
Get Recipe Ingredients
Slice the banana in half lengthwise. Lay the banana flat on a plate cut side up.
Add the Greek yogurt to the top of the banana slices.
Drizzle honey over the yogurt and garnish with chia seeds, strawberries, chopped peanuts and half of the mini chocolate chips.
Add the remaining chocolate chips to a small microwaveable bowl with the coconut oil. Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Drizzle with the chocolate sauce and serve,
