These grilled pork chops are on repeat at my house all summer long. The simple Worcestershire, honey, and Dijon marinade does all the work, creating juicy, flavorful pork chops with just the right balance of sweet and savory. Prep everything in minutes, then let the grill do the rest for an easy dinner that's perfect for weeknights or backyard cookouts.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in center cut pork chops
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add the pork chops and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 4 hours.
  • Preheat grill to 450°F. Make sure to clean the grates well and coat with oil to prevent the chops from sticking.
  • Grill pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 145°F.
  • Let rest a few minutes before serving.
  • Always keep a meat thermometer nearby for this recipe. Pulling the chops exactly at 145°F is what keeps them so juicy!
