Easy Overnight Oats With Frozen Fruit Recipe
Overnight oats with frozen fruit is my favorite make-ahead breakfast. They are so easy to make and require only a handful of ingredients. This recipe is perfect for meal prep if you want to make a big batch to have a nutritious breakfast planned for the work week!

- 1 and ½ cups almond milk, or milk of choice
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablspoons chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup frozen fruit, plus more for garnish
- 1 tablespoon granola
- 2 tablspoons slivered almonds
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl add milk, oats, honey, chia seeds and cinnamon. Stir well to mix all ingredients together. The oats and chia seeds will slowly begin to absorb the milk.
Stir in the frozen fruit.
Portion the oatmeal mixture into small mason jars or other individual serving size containers.
Top with berries and seal container. Place jars in refrigerator overnight or at least for 4 hours so the oats can absorb the milk and become soft.
Serve cold with a sprinkle of granola and slivered almonds on top.
