Blended Oats
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ¼ teapoon almond extract, or vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey, or maple syrup
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add all of the ingredients for the blended oats to the base of a blender or food processor. Blend to the desired consistency.
Portion the oat mixture into sealable containers. Mason jars are a great option.
Add toppings to the top of the blended overnight oats. Secure with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Store overnight oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Overnight oats can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
To thaw place the overnight oats in the refrigerator the night before and they will defrost by the morning.
