- 2 cups corn Chex
- 2 cups wheat Chex
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 2 cups oyster crackers
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 250° F and set out a large rimmed baking tray.
In a large mixing bowl add both types of Chex cereal, mini pretzels and oyster crackers.
In a small saucepan melt the butter. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt.
In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Pour the melted butter over the Chex cereal mixture, slowly while stirring to get as much of the cereal coated with butter as possible.
Sprinkle a few spoonfuls of the cinnamon sugar over the cereal and gently stir to coat.
Pour the cereal mixture onto the rimmed tray. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar and gently stir to coat.
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before storing.
Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
