Preheat oven to 400℉.
Using a bread knife slice the baguette horizontally in about 1 inch thick slices. Line the bread slices on a rimmed baking tray and use a pastry brush to coat the top of the baguette slices with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes just long enough for the bread to get browned and toasty on the edges. Transfer the bread to a serving platter.
While the bread is cooling slice the brie in thin slices, leaving the rind on the cheese (this is completely edible on brie and much easier to work with if you leave the rind on.)
Slice the pear into thin slices, removing the core.
Once the bread has cooled, add a slice of cheese, slice of pear, and a piece of prosciutto.
Drizzle honey over the top and garnish with micro greens.
