Baked Brie With Jam
Every time I'm craving something cozy, planning a casual get-together, or hosting a holiday gathering, I always make this Baked Brie with Jam recipe. It is a fancy dish that requires minimal effort. Within 20 minutes, I can enjoy this melty brie topped with my favorite fig jam, crunchy nuts and a drizzle of honey.

- 1 8 ounce wheel of brie (do not remove rind)
- ¼ cup fig jam
- 3 tablespoons pecans, pistachios or a combination of both-toasted, optional
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tablespoon honey

Preheat oven to 350℉.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the brie wheel on the parchment lined sheet. Use a knife to make cuts across the top of the rind. The rind is completely edible so there is no need to remove it!
In a small bowl mix together the fig jam, nuts, and dried cranberries.
Spread the mixture across the top of the brie. Add the minced rosemary to the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until brie is soft and melty.
Serve with crackers, crostini and apple slices.
