Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce wheel of brie (do not remove rind)
  • ¼ cup fig jam
  • 3 tablespoons pecans, pistachios or a combination of both-toasted, optional
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the brie wheel on the parchment lined sheet. Use a knife to make cuts across the top of the rind. The rind is completely edible so there is no need to remove it!
  • In a small bowl mix together the fig jam, nuts, and dried cranberries.
  • Spread the mixture across the top of the brie. Add the minced rosemary to the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until brie is soft and melty.
  • Serve with crackers, crostini and apple slices.
