- ½ cup apple sauce
- ⅓ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 medium apples, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ⅓ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 375. Spray 8x8 casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl or in the baking dish, mix together apple sauce, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk and egg.
Once mixed add oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt. Stir to combine.
Add the apples, walnuts and raisins and use a spoon to stir well and spread in to the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the milk has absorbed and the oat bake is firm.
Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Add a spoonful of Greek yogurt and extra maple syrup if desired.
