Peach Overnight Oats

- 1 and ½ cups almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons chia
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom
- 1 cup peaches, diced
- 2 tablespoons granola
In a large bowl, add the milk, honey and protein powder and stir well to dissolve the lumps of protein powder.
Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and cardamom to the milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
Stir in the chopped peaches. Portion the mixture into glass jars or single serving container of choice.
Allow the oats to soak overnight or at least for 4 hours to soften and the oats to absorb the milk.
When ready to serve garnish with extra peaches, granola and honey.
