Peach Overnight Oats

Overnight peach oats are the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings. Creamy oats are paired with ripe peaches for a delicious and wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 and ½ cups almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the milk, honey and protein powder and stir well to dissolve the lumps of protein powder.
  • Add the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon and cardamom to the milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Stir in the chopped peaches. Portion the mixture into glass jars or single serving container of choice.
  • Allow the oats to soak overnight or at least for 4 hours to soften and the oats to absorb the milk.
  • When ready to serve garnish with extra peaches, granola and honey.
