¼cupolive oil
¼cupWorcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
1tablespoonDijon mustard
2tablspoonsgarlic, minced

½teaspoondried rosemary

11.5- 2 poundsirloin steak
3largebell peppers, any color
1largered onion

Whisk together the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade in a separate small bowl BEFORE adding the steak.
Add the steak to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, longer is better. You can marinade up to 8 hours.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to 450℉ and clean and grease grill grates well. Grill kabobs for 8 to 10 minutes, turning every 2 minutes and rotating so the kabobs get grill marks on all sides. Brush the kabobs with the reserved marinade after turning, this will help keep them extra juicy.
Remove from the grill, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
If you have time, let the steak marinate for several hours, it makes a difference in flavor! Do not skip soaking wooden skewers.
