- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño, minced
- 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Start by washing all of your fruit a vegetables.
Peel and chop your peaches into small cubes. Add to a serving bowl.
Mince jalapeño, red onion and cilantro and add to peaches.
Add lime juice, olive oil and apple cider vinegar to the dish gently mixing.
You can serve right away although it’s better if you chill for at least an hour.
