- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 ¼ cups old fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt

Peanut Butter Swirl
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix together all dry ingredients oats, flour baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set bowl aside.
In another large bowl mix together wet ingredients. Start by mashing bananas and then add eggs, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, vanilla extract and honey.
With a spatula mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Add the chocolate chips.
In a small bowl mix together peanut butter and the other 2 tablespoons of honey. Microwave for 30 seconds stirring half way through. Peanut butter should be pourable.
Put half of batter into loaf pan. Drizzle peanut butter over batter being careful to get it fairly even. Take a butter knife and swirl peanut butter. Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake on center rack for about 55-60 minutes. Cover with foil at about 45 minutes if it looks like it’s getting too browned.
When toothpick comes out clean bread is ready to come out of oven.
