Feta Spinach Chicken Burgers with Greek Yogurt Sauce

Chicken Burger
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup spinach leaves, loosely packed and chopped
- ⅓ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
Lemon Dill Sauce
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper

Feta Spinach Burgers
Heat outdoor grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
While grill is heating make the chicken burgers. Add the ground chicken, chopped spinach, feta, and seasoning to a mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix together the ingredients. Pat the meat into four patties.
Coat grill grates with olive oil. Place chicken burgers on hot grill. Grill for 5 minutes and use a spatula to flip. Grill for another 5-6 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
To assemble the burger place on buns or salad mix, top with slices of tomato and cucumber. Drizzle with Greek yogurt sauce.
