Wash tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Use a pairing knife to remove the stem end and cut the tomatoes in half.
Lay the tomatoes cut side up in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees and time for 10-12 minutes. Cook until tomatoes are soft and tender.
Tomatoes can be served warm or at room temperature.
To store leftovers, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
