Grape Jelly Meatballs (Crockpot)

I'll admit it, the combination of grape jelly and meatballs felt strange to me. But after only one bite, I understood why it's such a classic. These grape jelly meatballs have the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. Thanks to the slow cooker, you can make this even on a busy day!
