1 and ½cups almond milk, or milk of choice
1tablespoonchia seeds
¼teaspoonground cinnamon
2teaspoonshoney, maple syrup or agave syrup

In a large bowl mix oats, milk, chia seeds cinnamon and honey.
Portion the oat mixture into 3 individual serving containers. Make sure to add all of the milk to the oats.
Add topping of choice to the oats.
Secure with a lid and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
