Ingredients

  • 4 4-6 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Pour chicken broth into the bottom of slow cooker.
  • Trim off any fat from chicken breast and rub the chicken with spice mixture.
  • Place in crockpot in a single layer and set for 2-3 hours on high or on low for 4-6 hours. Crockpots can vary so make sure to check the chicken with a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature reaches 165℉.
  • Use two forks to shred the chicken and use this for wraps, salads, tacos, and more.
