- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce plus extra for serving
- buns or sliders for serving

Trim any fat off the chicken breast. Mix the seasonings together and rub over the chicken.
Place the chicken breast inside the crockpot and cover with BBQ sauce.
Set crockpot to low for 4-6 hours or high for 2 hours.
When chicken has cooked to 165℉ remove from the crockpot and place on a cutting board to shred. Return shredded chicken to the crockpot with the cooking liquid. Stir the chicken in and add additional sauce.
Keep the crockpot on low for 30 minutes so the sauce has a chance to thicken up as the chicken absorbs the sauce.
Serve the chicken on buns or Hawaiian rolls.
