Creamsicle Orange Fluff Jello Salad

- 3 ounce box orange Jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 block cream cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 23.5 ounces mandarin oranges, well drained drained
Get Recipe Ingredients
In a large bowl add the orange Jello mix to 1 cup boiling water and whisk well until dissolved. Add the remaining ½ cup water. Place bowl in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
While Jello is chilling, use a mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
When the Jello is cool add the cream cheese to the bowl and on the lowest setting mix the cream cheese and Jello together. It maybe a little lumpy but that is ok.
Fold in the Cool Whip, drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 4 hours or even over night. Serve chilled.
