- 1 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
- 1-2 jalapenos, seeds removed removed
- 1-2 green onions
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 8 ounce block cream cheese
- crackers, pretzels, crostini for dipping
Get Recipe Ingredients
Wash the cranberries and add to the base of a food processor.
Cut the jalapeno in half to remove the seeds and chop the jalapeno into a few pieces. Slice the green onion and add to the food processor.
Add parsley, cilantro orange zest, orange juice, and sugar to the food processor.
Pulse several times until all ingredients are chopped finely.
Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving. Pour cranberry salsa over a block of room temperature cream cheese.

- You can strain the cranberry salsa mix to drain it of any excess moisture.
