Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 and ½ cups Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles, plus extra for garnish
  • ½ cup Frank's buffalo sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, sliced and divided

Dippers

  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375℉.
  • Add all buffalo dip ingredients to a large bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  • Add the dip to a cast iron skillet or an oven safe dish.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbling.
  • Serve immediately with chips, carrot and celery sticks.
