Sweet Christmas Chex Mix With White Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 cups Corn Chex (you can use other flavors)
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 2 cups pretzels, any shape will work
- 1 cup mini Vanilla Wafers, optional
- 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
- 10 ounces white chocolate wafers, I like Ghirardelli brand
- 1 cup Holiday M&M's, or any color chocolate candy
- sprinkles, optional
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, vanilla wafers, and peanuts to a very large bowl.
- In a separate microwave safe bowl melt the white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts on medium power. Stir after each increment and microwave until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir the white chocolate into the cereal mixture. Add a drizzle and stir to try and coat as evenly as possible.
- Stir in the M&M's and the sprinkles.
- Add the powdered sugar and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread onto a baking sheet so the mixture can cool completely before storing.

Storage:
Make sure once it is cooled and ready to transfer it to an airtight container. You can then store at room temperature for up to three weeks.
