- 1 lemon, sliced
- ½ large English cucumber, sliced
- 1 knob ginger, thinly sliced
- fresh thyme sprigs, bundled and tied together
- 32 ounces water
Wash all ingredients.
Slice the lemon, cucumber and ginger into thin slices and add to the pitcher.
Bundle the thyme sprigs together.
Pour cold water to the pitcher to fill. Allow mixture to infuse for at least an hour or longer for maximum flavor.
