Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • ½ large English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 knob ginger, thinly sliced
  • fresh thyme sprigs, bundled and tied together
  • 32 ounces water

Instructions

  • Wash all ingredients.
  • Slice the lemon, cucumber and ginger into thin slices and add to the pitcher.
  • Bundle the thyme sprigs together.
  • Pour cold water to the pitcher to fill. Allow mixture to infuse for at least an hour or longer for maximum flavor.
