Turkey Dumpling Soup 

This turkey dumpling soup is made with leftover turkey for a quick and easy dinner.  

Ingredients Needed

Melt the butter in a large pot. 

Sauté the carrots, celery and onions.

Add the broth to the cooked veggies.   

Make the dumplings with flour and butter. 

Add the turkey and add the dumplings to the top.  

The dumplings are soft and pillowy.

Turkey and dumplings are a great way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. 

This is an easy dinner that can be ready in  35 minutes.
