Turkey Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich

A healthy breakfast sandwich made with crispy turkey bacon. 


Ingredients: turkey bacon egg bread cheese     


 Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet with a little olive oil. 


 When shopping select a no nitrate turkey bacon for a healthier choice. 


Cook egg in a separate skillet while the bacon is cooking.    


Turkey bacon will get crispy.  It takes about 8-10 minutes.


There are several ways to cook turkey bacon: stove top, air fryer, oven and microwave. 


Fry the egg to your liking: over easy or over medium.
