High Protein Overnight Oats   

Overnight oats are great for meal prep.  Make a batch for a healthy breakfast over the next few days!

 

Base Ingredients: oats vanilla protein powder almond milk

Mix together the almond milk with protein powder. 

 

Add the oats and stir together.  Mixture will look runny.    

Portion the the oats into small cups and let sit overnight. 

Add your favorite toppings when you are ready to eat.  

Roasted strawberries are delicious on oats.    

Of course peanut butter and banana is a great option too.  

My favorite is cinnamon and raisins!
