Air Fryer Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Don't throw out those pumpkin seeds after carving your pumpkin!

 

 Ingredients needed for roasting pumpkin seeds is clean dry seeds from your carved pumpkin, salt and olive oil.  

 

After washing the seeds lay them on a paper towel to dry before roasting.    

Once dry toss with olive oil and salt.  If you want extra flavor add a pinch of garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

 

Set air fryer for 380 degrees.      

Spread seeds in a single layer in the basket of air fryer

  

Air fryers are so quick and do not have to preheat like a conventional oven!  These seeds only take 10 minutes to be perfectly golden brown. 

These roasted pumpkin seeds are great to snack on.

Roasting seeds is a fun activity to do with the kids for Halloween.
