Protein Oatmeal   

You can make baked protein oatmeal or overnight protein oatmeal!

 

Ingredients: oats almond milk protein powder vanilla extract egg whites applesauce almond butter maple syrup cinnamon coconut oil

 

Mix the oats, cinnamon and protein powder.   

 

Stir the wet ingredients into the oats mixture.   

 

Pour everything into a casserole dish. 

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.      

Top with fresh fruit and a drizzle of syrup.

You can also make protein overnight oats.
