Oat Flour Waffles  

Light and crispy waffles are made with all gluten-free ingredients!

 

Ingredients: – oat flour – baking powder – cinnamon – salt -eggs – milk –sugar -butter -vanilla extract

 

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. 

 

In a separate bowl mix the milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract and butter.  

 

Combine the wet and dry ingredients together. 

 

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

 

Gently fold in the egg whites.  This will give the waffles a light and fluffy texture.

 

Add the batter to a hot waffle iron.

 

These waffles have a crispy edge but soft center!
