Meal Prep Salads

These salads are perfect to make ahead and eat throughout the week. 

Salmon is a great protein and can be eaten cold in this quinoa salad. 

This meal is very healthy and loaded with fresh ingredients. 

Pasta is also a great dish to eat for leftovers. 

This tortellini salad has the flavors of caprese with fresh mozzarella and basil. 

Chicken salad is one of my favorite make ahead lunches.  

This lighter version uses Greek yogurt for its creamy dressing.  

Pesto tuna salad is perfect hot or cold. 

Make this for a quick dinner and eat the leftovers cold the next day.
