How to Make Buckwheat  

If you are looking for  gluten-free alternatives buckwheat may be perfect for you.  

 

What is buckwheat? It is considered an ancient grain , although it is actually not a grain but a seed.  

 

Toast first in a large dry pan.  

 

Then add water and olive oil.  Bring to a boil.       

Cover and cook until the water has absorbed.  

You can eat for breakfast like oatmeal or as a side dish.
